South Georgia Peanuts pitcher Mike Colacchio talks about teammate Mike Caruso. Caruso broke into the Major Leagues as the shortstop for the Chicago White Sox in 1998. He batted .306 and finished third in the Rookie of the Year voting. A combination of personal problems and nagging injuries forced him out of the game by 2004, until he decided to attempt a comeback with the Peanuts in 2007.
This is extra footage from "Playing for Peanuts" - a documentary TV series about minor league baseball.
