We believe that "This is 2012" should be THE Official Olympics Song for the London 2012 Olympics. It is catchy, passionate, stirring, anthemic and celebrates our great athletes incredible achievements from previous Games and urges everyone to get behind the Olympics and the World coming to London in 2012. As the song says, "It's once in a lifetime"! "This Is 2012" is performed by The Glory Boys and is a song by the people for the people.
The Glory Boys are funny, charming and talented dancers (see video for proof), but they are also trying to spread a serious message through their great love of Sport and Music.
The song was written and produced by Noel Phillips and Marcus Bell of Phillips Bell Productions (email phillipsbell@hotmail.co.uk) and features some serious musicians (see above website for details). It was mastered at the legendary Abbey Road Studios.
Dave and Mickey Glory are the two brothers who make up The Glory Boys and this is their first new project since "the accident" that stalled their bid for superstardom many years ago. They say about their song, "This is 2012 celebrates the Olympics coming to London. We want everyone to get behind this amazing and historical event and sing along to our song whilst they are doing so."
So let's get behind The Glory Boys and rocket them to the top of the charts! BUY IT TODAY!
