Professor Gerald Pollack (U. of Washington) discusses his new book, The Fourth Phase of Water, and the implications of this unrecognized state of water in biology and health.
Professor Pollack has been working for years experimentally demonstrating that water has properties and capabilities which would seem to be impossible according to standard textbook theory. Yet the experiments stand for themselves, and Professor Pollack is working towards a new revolutionary theory of water.
Recorded at the 2013 Natural Philosophy Alliance conference in College Park, Maryland.
