Make a knitted purse to show off the colors of this beautiful sari yarn.

How to make this purse:

1 skein of the 4ply Stained Glass sari yarn
1 US size 9 needles

Cast on 15 stitches and make 2 panels (front and back) in stockinette stitch. When the back panel is even with the front panel, make 1 decreasing stitch on each end. This will decrease the flap section evenly and form a triangle.

When you have 2 stitches left, knit them for a couple of inches, then form a loop and stitch them back to the underside of the flap. Braid or make an I-cord to serve as the edging and strap.

Weave in the ends and sew on a button (or something else funky!)
