Salmon is high in omega-3 fatty acids that give you gorgeous glowing skin among other health benefits. One way to enjoy it is with this salmon macro bowl recipe from holistic nutritionist Kelly LeVeque. The key is to marinate the salmon in coconut aminos teriyaki sauce. It's low in sugar and sodium and tastes delicious. Watch this video to learn how to make it.

RECIPE:

2 cups cooked quinoa
2-4 4oz servings of wild salmon
Coconut Aminos Teriyaki, 1-2 tablespoons per filet
1-2 cups broccoli
1 Avocado
Nori
Green Onion
Fermented veggies of choice (used beets in this video)

Marinate salmon in teriyaki sauce. Bake fish for 8-12 minutes at 350˚. Blanche broccoli in 1 cup of water. Slice green onions. To assemble, add quinoa to bowl and top with salmon, broccoli, onions, fermented veggies, avocado, nori, green onion, and sesame seeds.
