Easy way to peel an egg, hold egg in water before peeling. Chef David is Guy Fieri's executive chef for Johnny Garlic's in Brentwood California and the former executive chef David J Alvarez of the famous French restaurant Les Halles shows you how to crack and open an egg with two fingers.......
DIRECTIONS: Put them in cold water, bring to a boil. Once boiling remove from heat and let stand for 15 to 17 minutes.........Place in a ice bath and place in fridge. I would let stand for a couple of hours, if not the day before and they should peel real easy.
