Although the system itself is understandable. Several of the content was puzzling:
1) There is contrasting details in 2 guides on the quantity of days to exercise per week.
2) There are 2 totally different week 1 charts that created a little bit of complication for me.
3) There's no clarity on when we do the early morning exercises. They merely claim "when you awaken". So does that mean literally when I get up, or do I have time frame? Can I do the exercises 15 mins after I wake or around an hour after I wake? This needs to be made clearer to the customer.
