Peter Marinello is the director of the Electronic Retailing Self-Regulatory Program (ESRP) in New York City. ESRP's mission is to make sure consumers have confidence in electronic retailing, such as infomercials. Peter discusses the mechanism he uses for evaluating, investigating, analyzing and resolving inquiries regarding the truthfulness and accuracy of claims made in national direct response advertising.
