He completed his first high dive from 27 metres in June 2011 at the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series competition in La Rochelle.

Aldridge currently holds the record for the hardest dive in the world.
This mini-documentary follows the former Olympic Diver in the lead up to the Copenhagen leg of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, where he scored a personal best.
