"For over two years, the government of Japan has supported a UN Women regional programme for the economic empowerment of vulnerable women in refugee and host communities. The programme has so far supported 10 community centres in three refugee camps and in non-camp settings in Egypt and Lebanon. In Jordan, Egypt, Iraq and Lebanon, 29500 families benefited from UN Women's Economic Empowerment of Syrian Refugees and Vulnerable Women in Host Communities programme."
