1 russet potato, diced into 1/4 inch cubes 1 can corned beef 1 egg, beaten 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions 2 Tbsp. minced onion 1/3 tsp. pepper Flour Oil for frying.
Cook diced potatoes in boiling water until soft and well cooked. Drain well and cool. Combine the corned beef, egg, green onions, onion, pepper and cooled potatoes in a large bowl. Form into small patties and lightly dust with flour. Cook in a heated pan with oil until golden and cooked through.
