Sorry for the bad quality.. Anyways, I weighted in this morning on June 17th, 2012 at 139.2 lbs which is exactly what i want to be at for 5 weeks out. Competition goal is 131-133lbs. I've been blasting my cardio lately and today i felt very depleted/flat when i took this video. Twice a day cardio sessions (30-45 mins each session and the 1st session is usually done on empty stomach)+hardcore weight training (once per day, Rest on Saturday&Sunday), on top of that, i have to work 8 hours labor after my weight training.. this really tired me out but none will stop me from achieving my goal for this July 21st show since i want to come in sharp/conditioned and then head to Vegas afterwards to support my training partner Alden Gamet for his USAs Pro Card Qualifier on July 27th I definitely will need a re-feed tonight! A burger/fries would be good since i been eating that at least once per week leading up till now. For this show, i've been season all my food and focus more on forms while still training heavy/upping my cardio. Also, been really focus on getting my legs/glutes more condition since they tend to hold most of the fats. So far, it has been going good.
