This video is a demonstration of a circuit we do in the Boot Camp class at The Fitness Factory in Salem, NH. The exercises in this video include: The Battle Rope, TRX Mountain Climbers and Renegade Rows. I will demonstrate and explain each exercise in this video and then go through the full circuit. These exercises are a few samples of the exercises we do in the Boot Camp class, the full routine includes a warm up, boot camp circuit, cool down and stretch.
