Transparency International in its Corruption Perception Index Report 2010 has declared Pakistan to be the 34th most corrupt country in the world. Though the opposition parties see the report as a vindication of their belief that the government has surpassed all previous records of corruption, the government disagrees questioning the credibility of Transparency International and its methodology. Host Arshad Sharif asks his guests whether such reports based on mere perceptions and questionable methodology can be believed.
