In August 2012, over 800 volunteers helped out in a variety of different ways for the Dublin Tall Ship Races with Volunteer Ireland, including programming, production, stewarding and liaising with the crew from the visiting tall ships.

Over 1 million people graced the docks of Dublin during the festival, making it one of last years biggest and successful events. It could not have been possible without Volunteers, this is their story . . .
