The first ever Polish-Aboriginal Fraternity Flights over Mount Kosciuszko. When? On April 14-15 2012 at the 2012 K'Ozzie Fest. Watch this short video documenting the sixth K'Ozzie Fest in Jindabyne at the base of Mt Kosciuszko. Organized by Kosciuszko Heritage Inc with Puls Polonii www.pulspolonii.com as a principal media sponsor. Mt Kosciuszko was named by P.E. de Strzelecki after General Tadeusz Kosciuszko, international fighter for Democracy, equal rights and freedom. Kosciuszko fought in the American Independence War and in Poland, after the country partition by the neighbouring Russia, Prussia and Austria. The partition followed soon after Poland declared the second in the World and the first in Europe democratic Constitution.
