The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) says it is finally considering upgrading the list of electronics approved for use during flight. The list has not been updated in years since airlines have not conducted the expensive tests needed to approve new devices like e-Readers and Tablets. With the FAA considering upgrades, frequent fliers may soon fly a little more comfortably.

The MLB issued its first policy on the use of social media. The MLB is endorsing the use of Facebook and Twitter by players as a way to connect with fans and bring them closer to the game, but did remind players that tweets and posts are public. One of few restrictions is that players are not allowed to post official MLB content or links to MLB sites without permission.
