The Kaiser Permanente Community Fund at the Northwest Health Foundation is sponsoring a cool collaboration among more than 30 non-profit organizations that share a common goal -- helping children do well in school and get into good colleges. This video features the Dreamer School Project at Alder Elementary School in Portland, Oregon. Alder is the nation's first "Dreamer School" -- a project of the "I Have a Dream Foundation." Students receive tutoring, mentoring and, potentially, college scholarships. The goals are to boost test scores, increase high school graduation rates and help students earn college degrees.
