This video demonstrates how to use the new SiQuest Memory Imager (SMI) tool for Windows to acquire full ram dumps as well as individual process memory captures. Unlike most ram dump tools, SMI provides options to exclude executable flagged memory address ranges. In addition, users can force the output to emulate physical disks so that the dump files can be mounted virtually.
