Shilpa has never owned an umbrella and likes getting wet in the rains. When setting up their new office, Shilpa and team took care to let the outside in. A 5-pin walk in the open does wonders to her brain and gets her recharged to face the computer again. In conversation with Parthajeet, she talks about what it means to have nature blended within the workplace.

This and other conversations in the 'Work Shots' series are part of a research collective that Parthajeet Sarma at iDream has been conducting towards identifying what work means for different people in a radically changed world today. Such inputs help establish the 'meaning' of work, workers and workplaces for individuals and organizations who may be researching these domains.

Many of these thoughts expressed have found their way to the book authored by Parthajeet, 'The radically changed nature of Work, Workers & Workplaces. Using space as a starting point of innovation.'
