Our cob oven is quite large - it should hold up to fifteen loaves of bread at a time. Learn more: http://www.OldSchoolFarmers.blogspot.com We will fire it to 1,000 degrees with wood, and then as it slowly cools over a period of hours, we can cook a variety of foods in it - pizza first, as very high temperatures are preferable.
