I recently left Chicago where I was living and attending graduate school at Northwestern. I thought it would be nice to kick this channel off with an homage to the Windy City and my take on the famous Chicago-style hot dog. I know what you're thinking, where are the sport peppers? They aren't there, I used hot giardiniera instead -- get over it.
