Hungarian Apple Pie is often called Pite, or Lepeny or Szelet. But it's the Western equivalent of apple pie, baked in an oblong pan and cut into squares. Tangy sweet juicy apples layered between buttery flakey pastry - seriously - easy as pie. Beginner and experienced chefs will get the same results.
