Shirt Bench (loose 44 F6): 1.9x315 (got stuck under the hooks on 2nd rep)
Squat w/knee wraps: 2x435 2x455
I would have been really pleased with a double at 315 in my loose shirt today, but I slid on the bench a little and the bar got pinned underneath the rack on the 2nd rep, damn! Other than that, it was nice to hit 10 pounds heavier than I injured my low back on 21 weeks ago squatting with wraps. Left a little in the tank, which was the plan.
