I took lessons with Jim from '96 through '98 in KC when he lived there. He is great! Nice guy. Encouraging but he's tough on you, if he knows you've "got it" and aren't "usin' it". He really changed me for the better. To this day, I still use that inverted paradiddle groove.

not a hater at all. seriously though, there is no denying that the song is extremely similar. however jim riley is a fantastic drummer and i respect him totally. that paradiddle type groove at 1:23 is killer.
