Make Believe was a band I played guitar in between 2004 and 2008. We released 3 full length records, one EP, one 7-inch, and one 10-inch.

Here we have the song "Goin' to the Bone Church" from the album "Going to the Bone Church"...so basically you're getting 2 "GOING TO THE BONE CHURCHES" for the price of none. Recorded in 2008 at Steve Albini's functioning tape-machine museum (aka Electrical Audio)...engineered by the professionally dressed Greg Norman.

*FUN FACT* = Tim left Make Believe for several months at one point. The 3 of us forged ahead despite losing our FACE-MAN. I believe this is the only song we wrote without him around...hence the fact it's instrumental (mostly). I wanted to re-name our band "Car Wash" during Tim's hiatus and I was hellbent on sounding like Miles Davis' "On the Corner"....well none of that ever happened. Tim would eventually return and we'd go on to write the rest of the tunes that would appear on "Bone Church" as a 4-piece. The story goes on from there but I have to go meet my mother for dinner.
