Solitary bees I provide homes for, have started to emerge, mate and lay eggs. Old pollen from last year has been chucked out of the 2009 nesting tubes. I looked at a large lump under my USB microscope and cut into it, and captured this little bug crawling round. Looks like some kind of weevil to me. The bee tubes from 2009 are also infested with pollen mites, Unfortunately the video of the mites crawling around is over 2mg so can't upload.
