Are city of Fife estate attorneys and former Fife judge and City of Pacific attorney, Ken and his son Zac Luce, concealing my late-mom's will by using police intimidation to protect themselves? Planning your estate and live in Washington state? There is a scam going on regarding Community Property Agreements (CPAs) -so it's important you are educated. A CPA passes your community property over to your spouse when you pass away so probate is not necessary. However, you may choose what to do with your separate property and a will can outline what you do with this. In my opinion, a fraudulent CPA was filed four years after my passed away names my father as recipient to my mother's separate property (she had a large inheritance before marriage which is separate). Sadly, when you pass away you have no defense on the validity. My mom was duped into believing Luce & Associates represented her; they did not, they only represented my father who now believes he owns her separate property. Washington State is a hot bed for estate fraud, oddly my father insisted she reside in Pierce County, Washington where Luce & Associates resides, a friend of my father's before their marriage. Currently, a notary in Washington is NOT required to keep a log book, therefore no checks and balances (literally, anyone can reproduce a notary's stamp and fraudulently use it; it would only be your word to if a signature was ever in question.) Further, when filing a CPA, it should be filed before death, or not later than 90 days afterwards, as it falls under contract law in Washington State. A CPA may trump a will, therefore it is possible your will could go missing and sham CPA is filed later, shredding your entire last will and testament (giving separate property you intended for your children can then go to your spouse). I understand the Pierce County Auditor scans CPAs in black and white without validating it is an original. There is not required location for the original to be kept. My mom's signature on the alleged CPA was in black, not blue, which violates Luce & Associates own office policy to sign an original in blue. The Pierce County Auditor's own CPA filing disclaimer reads, "The staff will not read the document to verify the accuracy." My mom was terminally ill and 11/3/11 and visited Kenyon and Zachary Luce's office for 5 hours there to write her will. She was highly intelligent and a planner, entrusting Luce to carry out her last wishes. Before she left, she asked her children what separate property of hers each wanted. I learned that Mr. Luce only represented my dad, a conflict of interest to my mom who seems duped. Ken's son, Zac Luce, e-mailed me notification he was in possession of my mom's original will and will file it on her behalf. Now, her original will is "missing" and their official statement is my mom never wrote a will. My mom's voice needs to be heard - she had such a beautiful and kind soul and was always fair to all, it is her human right to have her will released to her children.

I want to honor the voice of my mom, she always stood for fairness, equality and human rights. I would not be her daughter if I sat by the wayside.

This was my first time to visit Luce's office to request this document (and obviously my last). I was issued a trespassing warning if I ever returned, I would be arrested for trespassing.

I walked outside Luce's office and was immediately met with 4 police cars. So unusual, I turned on my iphone camera and captured this.

Check out this video which shows the partnership which promotes drunk driving between my late-mom and dad's company, Northwest Custom Apparel and Luce & Associates https://youtu.be/X5hk83XzYOM

If you are curious as to how the events took place inside Luce & Associates, this is my personal recollection of the brief meeting with Ken Luce.
