How To Make Salt & Pepper Fish | Ching's Secret

2tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan sauce
1tbsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
1tbsp Ching's Secret Green Chilli Sauce
200gms sliced fish
1 cup corn flour ½ cup maida
A pinch baking powder
Salt & pepper to taste
½ tsp sesame oil
1tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Oil to deep fry
4 tbsp water

METHOD
Make a thick batter with corn flour, maida, baking pwd & keep aside. Add seasoning, add fish pcs. coat them properly & deep fry till cook. Mix all the sauces properly, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan & add the sauce mixture.
Arrange the fish pieces on a serving plate. Pour the sauce on top of the pieces. Garnish with sesame seed & serve hot.
