Not quite as accurate to the original lyric placement/timing as usual, but that would be pretty ridiculous and in most cases much more unreadable.
The first personality is the original Gumi (who comes back to be herself at the end), the second is the shy-looking one at the start, then the rest are shown along with the numbers 3 to 10. SERIOUSLY STOP SAYING THERE'S ONLY NINE.
"Tenants" is a actually very similar pun in Japanese - both "ten people" and "residents" are pronounced "jyuunin." And much like The Weekend's Coming!, it uses the kanji for "residents" the first time and "ten people" the second.
The panda puppet is Namacha Panda, a mascot for some kind of green tea. Not sure what he's doing here, but hey!
