Filmed in VR using Volumetric technology in association with VR-artist Denis Semionov and Phygitalism Studio 'The Lessons of Auschwitz' is a video tribute to the people who died in the concentration camps during the World War II.

The 2D video was filmed in VR using Volumetric technology and Audioreactive Tilt Brush in association with VR-artist Denis Semionov, Phygitalism Studio and the students of one of the Moscow schools who drew VR-animations inspired by their visit to Auschwitz.

The music was written by Peter Theremin — the great grandson of Russian and Soviet inventor Leon Theremin, most famous for his invention of the theremin.

This video is a part of the #VictoryPages project —
a versatile social media documentary project commemorating the 75th anniversary of the end of the World War II.

A fresh page in the story of The Victory, it reads through visual art, interactive formats and dynamic real-time storytelling.
