Economist, technologist and entrepreneur, committed to the new models of economic democracy and the development of the P2P production model. Founder and ideologist of the spanish ciberpunk group (1989-2007), founder of Piensa en red SA (1999-2002) and then of Sociedad Cooperativa de las Indias Electrónicas (2002) and of Grupo Cooperativo de las Indias where he is in charge of development for Latin America. Fiction writer in weird formats, he wrote two serials for mobile phones: "Lía: MAD phreaker" (e-moción 2003-2004) and "Días de frontera" (e-moción 2002-2006). Author of essays such as «11M: redes para ganar una guerra» (2004) or «Trilogía de las redes», which includes «El poder de las redes», «Filés: De las naciones a las redes» and «Los futuros que vienen», translated to half a dozen languages, with tens of thousand copies sold and hundred of thousand of downloads.
