If you're registered for the Boy Scouts of America's national jamboree, you'll be able to experience the Summit with an aerial perspective. In this clip, Travis Richardson, of Bonsai Design, shows off the challenge courses and zip lines at the Summit Center.

These canopy tour challenge courses are going to be the largest in scope in the country, according to Travis, featuring multiple canopy tours and zip line courses scattered across the Summit.

The theme for the 2013 National Scout Jamboree is "Go Big. Get Wild." Scouts and Venturers will be able to do just that at the Summit Bechtel Reserve. Zip lines zig and zag across the property, dovetailing into other adventure activities like mountain biking and rock climbing.

The Summit Bechtel Reserve is Scouting's biggest project ever! It's a 10,600-acre high adventure base in West Virginia, right on the New River Gorge. The Summit will open in July 2013 as the new, permanent home of the national Scout jamboree, the BSA's largest event that brings together 40,000 Scouts every 4 years. You don't want to miss it!

The Summit will offer Scouts and Venturers a chance to try all sorts of new sports and activities. In addition to the zip lines, mountain biking and rock climbing, there will skateboarding, BMX, and whitewater rafting. You'll also get to do traditional Scouting activities like shooting sports and archery, pioneer games and aquatics.
