A 13 year-old girl in Missouri, Megan Meier, committed suicide after being bullied on the Net by her neighbors. The neighbors and their daughter created a fictional character on MySpace that taunted Megan Meier who thereafter killed herself. Whos to blame for this tragedy? MySpace? The parents? No one?
