I never complain if my order is wrong, because if you drive off and you're missing something you are partly to blame. My order was missing HEAT. I received a RAW burger and got treated like I was stealing something from them when I asked for my money back for the entire order. I didn't eat the rest of my order because I had no clue what else was raw. Even if I had then I would have the raw chicken in me at that point. It doesn't matter if I consumed it or not!!! This lady and her staff at 2am draw the line for me. I am mad as hell because of the lack of customer service.

This is the SERVICE industry NOT the RETAIL industry. I could see if I was a repeat complainer or tried to get free food all the time IT WAS RAW... How could I eat the rest of my meal? I was sickened by the thought of what I just ate. It ruined my entire meal/experience. IT DOESN'T matter. It's not about the money now... I want people to call and express their opinion about the shitty service and how messed up this woman handled the situation. I will never go back there again. I know they could care less but I want people to know why I am so upset. I get it people make mistakes and burgers don't get cooked but when you are clearly in the wrong you give the refund and you don't ask questions. PER SAY I ate the chicken sandwich and it too was RAW but had no way of proving it until I became deathly sick. Then would I get a refund? Who cares if I brought it all back or not. I brought back enough evidence to warrant a refund of the entire order of $12.28 not just the $5.42 of the burger I brought back. I was a manager of a hotel some time ago and if a guest was pissed off enough about how clean the room is, I would do what I could to make them comfortable and comp their stay. It's about getting them to come back after they had a bad experience. $6 and an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" would have avoided us talking about this right now. I find it sad that some people are so used to being treated this way they feel that she was justified in treating me like I was stealing from her after they served me raw meat, bottom line. They are lucky I haven't gotten sick yet to give them a REAL hassle. I just want to know what happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? This is CRAZY
