Goulash is possibly one of Hungary's most famous dishes. It's rich and beefy, with the luscious warmth of sweet paprika. I n Hungarian the dish is called Magyar Gulyás Leves - leves means soup, and this recipe is definitely more of a soup than a stew. Goulash is usually served with a dollop of soured cream and some good bread. It's delicious and warming.
