Incident #1:

On March 24th, 2014, at 5:00pm, a resident on the 5800 block of Magnloia Street reported to police that an unknown black male, late 40 years-of-age wearing a camouflage hat and a green jacket attempted to gain entry to his property by forcing open a rear kitchen window. When the suspect was confronted by the complainant the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction.

Incident #2:

On March 24, 2014, at 7:00pm, a resident on the 300 block on East Chelten Avenue reported that an unknown person gained entry to his property by forcing open the front door. Once inside the suspect took a 37″ Westinghouse television then fled.

A person matching the suspect's description entered a variety store located on the 300 block of East Chelten Avenue on the same day of the burglaries attempting to sell a television. The suspect was wearing a camouflage hat, red sweatshirt with a green sweatshirt underneath.

Suspect Description: Black male, 30-40 years-of-age, medium complected, thin mustache, wearing a camouflage baseball cap, red hooded sweatshirt with "Never Stop Explorin" in white letters, faded blue jeans, and work boots.
