The White House said this week that President Obama's advisers will recommend that the commander-in-chief vetoes CISPA, the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act that was approved by the US House of Representatives on Thursday. Will the administration actually follow through with their threat though? Journalist David Seaman joins RT to talk about CISPA and says that, now that the legislation has passed the House, it is of major concern because he doubts the White House will stand by their statement.
