In this video, I will be showing you the Arnold dumbbell press exercise, an overall great workout of all three delts, targeting mostly the front and the middle delt but also the rear delt. Please do not lock your elbows like I did in the video, this is just the original way to do it and the way Arnold Schwarzenegger used to do it in some of his early videos. The best way is to leave your elbows slightly bent and not lock them out so you can keep the tension in your shoulders throughout the whole exercise.
