The six largest student organizations at Wright State University collaborated in organizing the biggest Invisible Children event in university history. Student Government, the University Activities Board, the Greek Affairs Council, the Black Student Union, Rainbow Alliance, and the Residential Community Association collected over $1800 for Invisible Children, a non-profit organization seeking to end the longest running war in African history throughout Uganda and the northern Congo. An October 25 showing of the organization's latest film The Rescue and presentation by Invisible Children to over 300 students, in addition to a month-long fund-raising drive, raised the donation.
