OS is a part of the crime of Electronic Harassment. If you are in a living situation where it is especially advantageous for them to use this form of oppression on you, in any number of calculated ways - they absolutely will. This includes utilizing direct neighbors or anyone who lives around you, as well as people in "throaty engine" cars timed to what you are working on, taking care of in your home or outside your residence. When I may be researching or advocating against this crime, they will often bring out this harassment. I have especially noticed that when I get in a position of feeling empowered despite the setbacks of this crime, if they don't like it they will affect me via Neurological Weapons and/or OS based upon the message they want me to know. I have heard the neighbor on their cell phone outside of my home (several times) either in the daytime or middle of the night, repeat the words I have just read from the Bible or a book out loud, or they will repeat the thoughts that I had about something at the time. These neighbors are of course being feed these words on their cell phone from the perpetrator who has a monitor in front of him (being harbored in that neighbors home), displaying to him every thought that goes through my mind. I have seen this with my own eyes, but that is another discussion.

This video (continued from video (1)) depicts me in my bedroom (the same night) while this perpetrator returns once again in his car to get my attention, and getting gutsy sits in front of my home until I decide to come outside and capture him on film. He then guns his car again and leaves. Note: Video is best heard when sound is maxed.
