The good: Red 2001 Dakota Sport 2WD Quad Cab 4.7L Automatic (45RFE) with the 3.55 rear end

The bad: check engine light on (seller claimed he was told bank 1 & 2 O2 sensors are bad), body is in rough shape, and the interior has never been cleaned...all kinds of dust

I am skeptical on the O2 sensor issue. In all my years I have only had to replace 2 or 3 sensors, and primarily because they were "frozen" into the pipe(s). I did a check once I got it home, and confirmed my suspecions, EVAP hoses were rotted/split and missing in 2 locations (see video for my walk through). After spending 15 minutes, 2 inches of heater hose and some cutt'n the CEL codes are gone. I have a stored history code of P0051 in the PCM which states "HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 2 Sensor 1". This may be an actual sensor failure :-( I am going to crawl up under it and run a meter on the sensor and make sure I have 5v to it. With that said, does anyone have a diagram or photo of the proper variance and wave pattern for this 02 sensor? I would like to put my oscilloscope on this sensor and see if this thing is faulty before replacing it :-\

Here are the CEL codes pulled by one of my scanners:
P0051 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0152 - HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0161 - HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2
