An orchestral suite by the American composer and arranger Ferde Grofé (1892-1972), best known for his collaboration with the Paul Whiteman orchestra in the 1920's. The Niagara Falls Power Company commisioned Grofé to compose this suite in honour of the completion of the first stage of construction of the hydroelectric station at the Falls.
