Newark ranked worst airport by Wall Street Journal

It urges readers to avoid New Jersey's Newark Liberty International Airport at all costs.The article cites a transportation bureau study that found nearly half of the 100 most consistently delayed flights pass through Newark. Airlines schedule the maximum amount of flights in and out of Newark per hour allowed by the FAA. One delayed aircraft can throw off the entire day's schedule.Planes heading to Newark often get tied up over Washington DC, a major crossroads for Northeast air traffic.
