Saying a save isn't a save because the roof touched the ground doesn't seem like the best way to think about it. If a driver's roof touches the ground, but they then save it by action of the driver turning and steering the truck to bring it back over, should also be considered a save. If a truck simply flops over, without any movement of the wheels by the driver, then I will agree that is not a save. But if the driver intentionally somehow brings the truck back, that without his intervention in the crash would it not had saved, then I think it should definitely be considered a save.
