A couple of things I forgot: you must use hoops that match (same weight and size) to do on body multiples, otherwise you will confuse your brain! I feel like maybe in some advanced way you could use different ones on body, but I've never seen it done and in any case it's best to start with identical hoops.

A troubleshooting tip: if your timing is off, you might end up with both still on your waist in split time, which is a very uncomfortable place to be! This happened to me a lot when I first started learning this. You can give some really hard waist pushes to try to get them back together, but I just find that frustrating. I prefer to stop both hoops, take a deep breath and start over.
If they're in split time on your chest, however, go ahead and try to work it out, you'll probably make it work in a few seconds if you just go with it and relax the area where the lower hoop is, as I demonstrate here.
