Did you know there are 65 million Americans who are taking care of their loved ones and many don't even know they are caregiver? What about you? Are you a caregiver?

Comedian Jeff Foxworthy and caregiver/author Peter Rosenberger got together for National Family Caregivers Month to help you figure out if you might be a caregiver.

As Jeff explains, we are all going to be a caregiver or need one someday. Peter knows from experience; he's been taking care of his wife for over 30 years after a car accident she had when she was 17 years old. AARP's Caregiving Resource Center (aarp.org/caregiving) has resources to help you deal with the challenges of helping your loved ones and just as importantly, yourself.
