I like the guitars but the rendition sucks

IT's LIKE SHOSHANA IN the 'In-Glorious Bastards'. She's running from her END, far away in a field.  A feeling very difficult to reproduce in film OR IN LIFE.

brings me to tears.

I've meet Mike at shows in Orlando, Fl (Sapphire Supper Club) in 1990 - 1999; From the Minute Men, Fire Hose to his solo career, I've always greatly admired his works in creating punk-rock with the Minute Men. But specially his collaboration with Carla Bozulich, that was my greatest of influence.

Creative and always great tunes by the minutemen and firehose. Both Bands Rock !

i think this is an interpretation of what dj wanted to achieve in the original. fair play firehouse they brought out more of the music but lost some of the lyrical meaning

Daniel's genius produced the original, and it is great. Watt's interpretation is rich, melodic, beautiful. I love them both.

@seekauwilfinda I myself prefer fIREHOSE... just because I heard of them first. Next, I got to enjoy Minutemen. Both have Mike Watt, and he seems to be a big pull. Ed Crawford from Ohio rocks, and God Bless D. Boon. The story how fIREHOSE is nearly as interesting as the music these two bands made.
