http://www.jasoncroxford.com Charles Leslie did it again! He showed my this crazy ripped guy (Scott Herman) doing this Spartan Challenge. I decided to accept Chaz's 11 day challenge where we do this workout for 2 days, take a rest day, go back on for 2 days, take a rest, etc.
I went in thinking this would totally be easy but my Ego was quickly shattered. Let's face it, while I've been maintaining my conditioning I don't feel that I've been breaking new limits recently. Last year at this time I was nearly 15lbs HEAVIER because I was focusing on weighted exercises. Recently i've pretty much just been running and doing basic body weight stuff.
