Added in slides from MNjac Fusion Center (Minnesota Joint Analysis Center) about the new Suspicious Activity Report corporatist/federal behemoth intel system. MnJac said that things like photography (i.e. non crimes) wouldn't get federal reports, but everything at MOA sure seems federalized now!
